The room was clean. Staff provided AMAZING customer service. I was given an upgraded room with a balcony, a nice surprise. The location is really convenient. The beach is just a short walk away. Breakfast was very good.

The bathroom was a bit tiny, so moving around in the shower was slightly difficult.

I found the location really convenient. it was close to both the beach and supermarkets. the town center was a short distance away. I could walk there in about 20 minutes. electric scooters were also available nearby, offering a quick ride. the room was clean and comfy. it came with tea, coffee, milk, and sugar. a kettle.

the bathroom felt a little small. it could be an issue for taller or larger guests. the ventilation wasn't great in there either.

The room was super clean and well kept , I felt very welcome. The reception staff were really amazing. Breakfast offered many options and the breakfast staff were friendly. the cooked breakfasts tasted superb. It is a quick walk to the beach , I liked the location.

The room got hot quickly , the windows barely opened. I was not provided ice when requested.

The room showed some signs of wear. the carpet was stained in several places, and the paint was chipped on the woodwork. the shower cubicle was particularly small. I struggled to turn around comfortably. additionally, i found the parking fee of £10 per night excessive, especially since spaces were limited.
